Maintenance for your Stamped Concrete and Outdoor Living Project

Maintenance on most of our outdoor concrete designs is very limited.  The typical outdoor concrete design consists of a concrete patio and walkway with other hardscapes and plantings materials.

The great thing about our concrete is the limited maintenance required to keep your patio or walkway looking great.  Sealing the concrete with an acrylic sealer every two to three years is recommended to keep your patio stain free and looking brand-new.  We seal your concrete the first time, usually about two weeks after the installation is completed.

At the completion of your project we will send you a Plant Maintenance List to keep your plants healthy and looking great.  The Plant Maintenance List is set of instructions on the care of each individual plant incorporated in your design.  The list not only includes basic maintenance, but also some suggestions and recommendations on how to keep your plants looking their best all year long.  Other basic maintenance for your landscape may be seasonal mulching, edging, and weeding.

Some of our customers incorporate structures such as pavilions, pergolas, and decks into their design as well.  The great thing about our decks is that they are basically maintenance free. The shade structures we offer come in either vinyl or wood.  The vinyl requires no maintenance besides wiping down any dirty spots and the wood structures only require staining every few years.
